Fun In The Snow

Hey there everyone, thought we would share the snow!

This week we have had quite the snow experiance. The kids didn't have school and Friday as they called a "snow" day. But Randy and I had to work. It took Randy and Kenny about 3 hours to clear the drive way. Randy was a little late for work, only 3 hours, and I was about an hour late. But we got there. And then a little later on on the day we had some more snowfall. After the kids finished their chores this is what they did all day on Friday. Saturday we recieved more snow and have huge drifts everywhere. So guess where Randy is again this morning? Yup, out moving the 3 four foot snow drifts from the driveway so he can get to work, it has already taken him a little over an hour so far. It is wet and heavy snow which makes it difficult to move, and the wind is still blowing and it is still snowing. I wish that we were sitting in our house in Georgia right now, brrrrr.

Getting the Mail

There is a drift in our driveway that is about 12 feet high, and Randy cut a path thru it for his jeep, but I don't think that I could the truck thru there it would become stuck on the sides. Tawni pulled that ice off the front of the house. There is a lot of snow out there. And there are two more snow storms coming this week on Tuesday and Thursday, I really hope that it misses us.They called last night around 9:30 and canceled church for today. The kids are hopeing for another snow day tomorrow. We shall see.
